Prognostic value of time-domain and spectral measures is mentioned. Influence of standard therapy on heart rate variability is described.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Представлена методика оценки вариабельности сердечного ритма у здоровых людей и больных хронической сердечной недостаточностью. Показано прогностическое значение показателей временного и спектрального анализа.
