Results of the main trials on low-molecular heparin therapy in patients with ACS as well as recommendations of European cardiology society and American heart association are presented. Peculiarities of other therapies (thrombin inhibitors, Ха-factor inhibitors) in ACS are surveyed.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Освещается проблема выбора антикоагулянтов при остром коронарном синдроме (ОКС). Приводятся результаты основных исследований по применению низкомолекулярных гепаринов при данном патологическом состоянии, а также рекомендации экспертов Европейского кардиологического общества и Американской ассоциации сердца. Помимо препаратов гепарина рассматриваются особенности использования при ОКС и других групп препаратов (ингибиторы тромбина, ингибиторы фактора Ха).</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>острый коронарный синдром</kwd><kwd>антикоагулянты</kwd><kwd>низкомолекулярные гепарины</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>acute coronary syndrome</kwd><kwd>anticoagulants</kwd><kwd>low-molecular heparins</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Antman EM, Anbe DT, Armstrong PW. et al.
