Aim. To develop a test on tolerability of small alcohol doses (SAD), to study hemodynamic and vestibular changes induced by SAD during mono- and combined antihypertensive therapy.

Material and methods

Material and methods. 30 healthy volunteers and 292 patients with arterial hypertension 1-2 stages were involved in the study. Tolerance to SAD was estimated in untreated hypertensive patients (n=77), patients receiving one (n=218), two (n=46) and three (n=28) antihypertensive drugs. Tolerance to SAD was evaluated by blood pressure changes as well as change of upright body balance and subjective sensations of the patient.

Results

Results. Hypotension and circulatory vestibular disorders can be induced by alcohol consumption during antihypertensive therapy. These disorders appear more often due to peripheral vasodilators as well as combined antihypertensive therapy.

Conclusion

Conclusion. It is necessary to inform the patient about risk of alcohol taking and necessity to restrict of its dose during antihypertensive therapy.

Цель исследования. Разработать тест на толерантность малых доз алкоголя (МДА), а также изучить гемодинамические и вестибулярные изменения в ответ на прием МДА на фоне моно- и комбинированной гипотензивной терапии.

Материал и методы

Материал и методы. В исследование были включены 30 практически здоровых лиц и 292 больных артериальной гипертонией 1-2-й степени. МДА вводили больным, не получавшим гипотензивную терапию (n=77), а также лечившихся одним (n=218), двумя (n=46) и тремя (n=28) препаратами. Действие МДА оценивали по динамике артериального давления, изменению вертикальной позиции тела и субъективным ощущениям пациента.

Результаты

Результаты. Прием алкогольных напитков на фоне активной гипотензивной терапии сопряжен с повышенным риском развития гипотензивных реакций и дисциркуляторных вестибулярных нарушений. Вероятность развития этих нарушений является наиболее высокой при лечении периферическими вазодилататорами и применении комбинированной гипотензивной терапии.

Заключение

Заключение. Следует информировать больного о риске приема алкоголя и необходимости ограничения его дозы на фоне гипотензивной терапии.
