Dobutamine is inotropic drug indicated in systolic dysfunction. Data on dobutamine pharmacology, its effects on hemodynamics, coronary and peripheral blood flow, myocardial electrophysiology are presented. Clinical usage and the main contraindications of dobutamine are discussed.

Добутамин – инотропный агент, применение которого показано в большинстве случаев снижения насосной функции сердца. Представлены данные о фармакологии добутамина, о его влиянии на гемодинамику, коронарный и периферический кровоток, электрофизиологические свойства миокарда. Подробно рассматриваются различные клинические аспекты применения добутамина, основные противопоказания к его назначению.
