It is important to aim for treatment based on the evidence-based studies and according to the updated guidelines of the professional associations.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>У пациентов с острым коронарным синдромом коморбидное снижение функции почек затрудняет диагностику, ухудшает прогноз, уменьшает эффективность реперфузии и повышает риск кровотечений.
