The concept of "right drug to the right patient at the right time", which at first was bearing the name "personalized", is currently unanimously approved by international scientific community as "precision medicine". Precision medicine takes all the individual characteristics into account: genes diversity, environment, lifestyles, and even bacterial microflora and also involves the use of the latest technological developments, which serves to ensure that each patient gets assistance fitting his state best. In the United States, Canada and France national precision medicine programs have already been submitted and implemented. The aim of this review is to describe the dynamic integration of precision medicine methods into routine medical practice and life of modern society. The new paradigm prospects description are complemented by figures, proving the already achieved success in the application of precise methods for example, the targeted therapy of cancer. All in all, the presence of real-life examples, proving the regularity of transition to a new paradigm, and a wide range  of technical and diagnostic capabilities available and constantly evolving make the all-round transition to precision medicine almost inevitable.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Необходимость поддержания высокого  качества жизни при неотвратимо растущей  ее продолжительности является одной  из главных проблем современного здравоохранения. Концепция «правильного препарата для правильного пациента в правильное время», вначале носившая название «персонализированной», в настоящее время единогласно утверждена мировым научным сообществом под названием «точная медицина». Точная медицина принимает во внимание индивидуальные особенности: разнообразие генов,  условий  окружающей среды, образов жизни и даже бактериальной микрофлоры, а также предполагает применение новейших технических достижений, что призвано обеспечить каждого  пациента помощью, которая будет лучше всего соответствовать именно его состоянию. В США, Канаде и Франции уже представлены и реализуются национальные программы по точной медицине.</p><p>Целью этого обзора является  описание динамической интеграции методов точной медицины в рутинную врачебную практику и жизнь современного общества. Описание перспектив новой парадигмы дополнено иллюстрациями, свидетельствующими об уже достигнутых успехах в применении точных методов – к примеру, таргетной терапии  раковых  заболеваний.</p><p>Так, наличие реальных примеров, доказывающих планомерность перехода к новой парадигме, и широкий спектр технических и диагностических возможностей – доступных и постоянно развивающихся – в сумме делают повсеместный переход к точной медицине практически неизбежным.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>точная медицина</kwd><kwd>персонализированная медицина</kwd><kwd>прецизионная медицина</kwd><kwd>геномные исследования</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>precision medicine</kwd><kwd>personalized medicine</kwd><kwd>precision medicine</kwd><kwd>genomic research</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Emmert-Streib F.
