The role of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and observational studies in evaluation of the efficacy and safety of drugs in cardiology is discussed. The possibility of using the results of non-interventional studies in accepting the decision to choose the most effective and safe drug is presented in more detail.

В статье продолжается обсуждение вопроса о роли рандомизированных контролируемых исследований (РКИ) и наблюдательных исследований в оценке эффективности и безопасности лекарственных средств в кардиологии. Более подробно освещен вопрос о возможности использования результатов неинтервенционных исследований в принятии решения о выборе наиболее эффективного и безопасного препарата.
