Atrial fibrillation is one of the main risk factor of ischemic stroke. Current problems of the management of patients with stroke due to non-valvular atrial fibrillation and secondary stroke prevention in these patients are considered. Data of own author’s observation for patients of this type during 6 months after discharge from the hospital are presented. The problems which patients faced with are analyzed. Comparative assessment of warfarin and dabigatran therapies is given.

Фибрилляция предсердий – один из важнейших факторов риска развития ишемических инсультов. Рассматриваются актуальные проблемы ведения больных с инсультами, возникшими на фоне неклапанной фибрилляции предсердий, в аспекте вторичной профилактики данного грозного осложнения аритмии. Приводятся данные собственного наблюдения за пациентами с указанной патологией в течение 6-ти месяцев после выписки их из стационара. Анализируются проблемы, с которыми столкнулись больные, а также дается сравнительная оценка терапии антагонистом витамина К варфарином и прямым ингибитором тромбина дабигатраном.
