There is controversy over the hypothesis that these drugs can be factors contributing to an unfavorable outcome of a viral disease, as well as the absence of any clinical evidence for this hypothesis. The opinion that withdrawal of ACE inhibitors and ARA in patients with COVID-19 may increase the risk of adverse outcomes is presented.</p>
Высказывается мнение, что отмена ИАПФ и АРА у больных с COVID-19 может увеличить риск неблагоприятного исхода.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>COVID-19</kwd><kwd>ингибиторы ангиотензинпревращающего фермента</kwd><kwd>антагонисты рецепторов ангиотензина</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>COVID-19</kwd><kwd>angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors</kwd><kwd>angiotensin receptor antagonists</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Российский статистический ежегодник.
