Along with the literature review on this issue, the results of authors own experience of left atrial appendage occluding devices implantation is presented.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Обсуждается проблема профилактики тромбоэмболических осложнений у пациентов с фибрилляцией предсердий, в частности, имплантация окклюзирующих устройств в ушко левого предсердия.
