Pharmacological and pharmacokinetic properties of lercanidipine – the third-generation calcium channel blocker – are characterized by high lipophilicity and tissue selectivity. Clinical studies provide evidence of antihypertensive efficacy and safety of lercanidipine that is successfully used in patients with arterial hypertension and coronary heart disease.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Сочетание сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний взаимоотягощает их течение и обусловливает необходимость использования лекарственных препаратов с безопасным профилем и хорошей переносимостью. Описаны фармакологические и фармакокинетические особенности лерканидипина – блокатора кальциевых каналов третьего поколения, отличающегося высокой липофильностью и тканевой селективностью.
