Data from clinical studies on statins safety in cardiac patients with liver diseases are presented. Features of statins use in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, viral hepatitis C are considered separately.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Рассматриваются вопросы применения статинов при заболеваниях печени. Приводятся данные клинических исследований по безопасности применения статинов у кардиологических пациентов при сопутствующих заболеваниях печени.
