That is why the assessment  of the unfavorable outcome’s risk in the group of such patients is extremely important. This problem draws an interest for a more detailed study, considering the fact that the most convenient,  accessible and minimally invasive prognosis marker has still being searched for nowadays. In this review article, which is based on the analysis of literature over the past 20 years dedicated to the problem of pulmonary hypertension  and chronic heart failure, right ventricular-arterial  coupling, has been considered  as a relatively new parameter  and as an example  of one of these prognostic markers.  This parameter  can be assessed  by echocardiography  examination and  our article describes  several  options  of calculating it, including  one of the most  popular  and valuable ratio of tricuspidal anular plane systolic excursion to the systolic pulmonary artery pressure (TAPSE/sPAP).</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Легочная  гипертензия и дисфункция правых  отделов  сердца нередко осложняют течение хронической сердечной недостаточности. В свою очередь,  присоединение данных  патологических состояний, значительно увеличивает частоту  госпитализаций и ухудшает прогнозы выживаемости. Следовательно, оценка риска неблагоприятных исходов в группе таких пациентов чрезвычайно важна. Поиск и детальное изучение наиболее  удобного, доступного и малоинвазивного маркера  прогноза, является актуальной задачей в настоящее  время. В обзорной статье, основанной на анализе  литературы за последние  20  лет, посвященной проблеме  легочной  гипертензии и хронической сердечной недостаточности, в качестве одного из таких маркеров, рассматривается относительно «молодой», полученный с помощью  эхокардиографического исследования, параметр  – правожелудочково-артериальное сопряжение, отражающее работу  и взаимодействие в системе  «правый  желудочек-легочная артерия».  В статье описывается несколько  вариантов оценки  этой системы,  особое  внимание  уделяя наиболее  распространенной  и значимой форме  подсчёта  правожелудочково-артериального  сопряжения – соотношение амплитуды систолического движения кольца трикуспидального клапана к систолическому давлению  в легочной  артерии  (TAPSE/СДЛА).</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>хроническая сердечная  недостаточность</kwd><kwd>легочная  гипертензия</kwd><kwd>правожелудочково-артериальное сопряжение</kwd><kwd>эхокардиография</kwd><kwd>легочная  артерия</kwd><kwd>правый  желудочек</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>heart failure</kwd><kwd>pulmonary hypertension</kwd><kwd>right ventricular dysfunction</kwd><kwd>pulmonary artery</kwd><kwd>echocardiography</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Авдеев С.Н., Барбараш О.Л., Баутин А.Е., и др.
