A number of RCTs with similar objectives have yielded formally opposite results. This primarily concerns the effectiveness of beta-blockers in modern conditions after a myocardial infarction, as well as the possibility of replacing dual antiplatelet therapy with monotherapy with prasugrel or ticagrelor after a myocardial infarction. However, a thorough analysis of the methodological features of these RCTs reveals that the discrepancies between them are not significant. It is anticipated that the results of several RCTs may be challenging to integrate into the CR.</p>
Предполагается, что результаты ряда РКИ будет непросто интегрировать в клинические рекомендации.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>недавние рандомизированные контролируемые исследования</kwd><kwd>результаты</kwd><kwd>сердечно-сосудистые препараты</kwd><kwd>оценка эффекта с позиций доказательной медицины</kwd><kwd>анализ противоречий в результатах</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>recent randomized controlled studies</kwd><kwd>results</kwd><kwd>cardiovascular drugs</kwd><kwd>assessment of effect from the standpoint of evidence-based medicine</kwd><kwd>analysis of discrepancies in results</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Bavendiek U, Großhennig A, Schwab J, et al.; DIGIT-HF Study Group.
