General information about resistant hypertension, method of renal denervation, the results of clinical studies on efficacy and safety, as well as own clinical case are presented.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Рассматривается новый метод немедикаментозного лечения резистентной артериальной гипертензии — ренальная денервация.
