The types of stressful reactions are presented: acute and chronic stress as well as models of working stress. Pathophysiological modes of interactions of stress and cardiovascular diseases are presented. Effective methods of stress correction are described. Clinical and prognostic importance of therapy approaches is discussed.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Проанализированы результаты большого числа исследований последних лет, посвященных взаимосвязи стресса с заболеваемостью и смертностью от сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний. Представлены разновидности стрессовых реакций: острый стресс, хронический стресс, а также модели рабочего стресса. Рассмотрены патофизиологические механизмы взаимосвязи стресса с кардиоваскулярной заболеваемостью и смертностью. Приведены наиболее действенные на сегодняшний день методы коррекции повышенного уровня стресса.
