Expert’s opinions are presented concerning first-line antiischemic drugs and about current approaches to the choosing additional (adjuvant) antiischemic drugs. The practical application of optimal pharmacotherapy in patients with stable angina pectoris is also discussed.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Обсуждается проблема выбора оптимальной лекарственной терапии при лечении больных со стабильным течением ИБС. Приводится мнение экспертов относительно противоишемических препаратов первого ряда, о современных подходах к выбору дополнительных противоишемических препаратов.
