Up to date antithrombotic medications applied in patients with atrial fibrillation are discussed. Along with traditional drugs (acetylsalicylic acid, warfarin) rivaroxaban is specially consideredin terms of efficacy and safety of alone.

Освещен ряд современных антитромботических средств, применяемых при фибрилляции предсердий. Наряду с традиционными препаратами (ацетилсалициловая кислота, варфарин) с точки зрения эффективности и безопасности отдельно рассматривается ривароксабан.
