Moxonidine advantages, namely positive effects on insulin resistance, endothelial dysfunction, lipid profile, and plasma fibrinolytic activity are considered.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Освещается роль селективных агонистов I1 имидазолиновых рецепторов, в частности моксонидина, в современной антигипертензивной терапии.
