Aim. To evaluate the structure of drug prescriptions in acute coronary syndrome (acute myocardial infarction and unstable angina) on the first day of hospital therapy in Saratov city and Saratov region.

Material and methods

Material and methods. Retrospective pharmacoepidemiology study was carried out in 1276 patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) without elevation ST during first 24 hours.

Results

Results. Prescription of drugs with proven efficacy in ACS was higher in Saratov city clinical hospital than this in Saratov municipal hospital or hospitals of Saratov region. There were no significant differences in drug prescriptions in Saratov municipal hospital and hospitals of Saratov region.

Conclusion

Conclusion. The first day therapy of ACS depends on hospital type.

Цель

Цель. Изучить структуру назначений лекарственных средств при остром коронарном синдроме (инфаркт миокарда и нестабильная стенокардия) в первые сутки стационарного лечения в больницах Саратова и Саратовской области в 2005 г.

Материал и методы

Материал и методы. Проведено ретроспективное фармакоэпидемиологическое исследование первых 24-х часов стационарного лечения 1276 пациентов с острым коронарным синдромом (ОКС).

Результаты

Результаты. В 2005 г. частота назначения препаратов, обладающих доказанной эффективностью в первые сутки стационарного лечения ОКС в клинической больнице, превышала таковую в муниципальной больнице Саратова и центральных районных больницах области. Достоверных различий в частоте назначения соответствующих препаратов в муниципальной больнице и стационарах области не выявлено.

Заключение

Заключение. Терапия ОКС в первые сутки стационарного лечения зависит от типа стационара.
