A complex system of hemostasis regulation, insufficient data on drugs pharmacokinetics, multiple factors effecting treatment, including patient’s adherence to therapy, that can lead to the need for the dosage regimen specification are presented.

Описывается сложная система регуляции гемостаза, недостаточные сведения о фармакокинетике лекарственных препаратов, множественные факторы, влияющие на результат лечения, в том числе приверженность пациента лечению, которые могут привести к необходимости уточнения режима дозирования.
