Current issues of atherothrombosis prevention and treatment optimization with antiplatelet therapy in patients with cardioascular diseases are discussed. Role of clopidogrel in contemporary antiplatelet therapy is focused on, especially in the aspect of the problem of aspirin resistance. Chronology of the clopidogrel generics appearance and prospects of their use is presented.

Обсуждаются актуальные вопросы профилактики атеротромбоза и оптимизации лечения больных сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями при использовании антитромбоцитарной терапии. Отражена роль клопидогрела как современного антиагрегантного препарата, особенно в аспекте проблемы резистентности к аспирину. Представлена хронология появления дженерических препаратов клопидогрела и перспективы их использования.
