Data of the evidence based medicine about bisoprolol treatment of patients with cardiovascular diseases (arterial hypertension, ischemic heart disease, chronic heart failure, rhythm disorders) are presented. Implementation of bisoprolol generics as well as bisoprolol usage in smoking cardiovascular patients is also discussed.

Рассматриваются данные доказательной медицины по селективному бета-адреноблокатору бисопрололу, обосновывающие применение этого препарата у пациентов с различными сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями: артериальной гипертонией, ишемической болезнью сердца, хронической сердечной недостаточностью, нарушениями сердечного ритма. В дополнительных разделах обсуждаются вопросы использования дженериков бисопролола, а также применение данного бета-адреноблокатора у курящих пациентов с сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями.
