Beta-blocker «class-effect» is discussed in context of beta-blocker therapeutic tactics. Data about bisoprolol usage for prevention of sudden death in patients with left ventricle systolic dysfunction is also presented.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Рассматриваются современные подходы к выбору бета-блокаторов при лечении больных хронической сердечной недостаточностью в зависимости от статистической и клинической значимости результатов рандомизированных клинических исследований. Обсуждается понятие «класс эффекта» и правомочность его использования при определении тактики применения бета-блокаторов.
