Achievement of the target blood pressure levels is possible with the use of combinations of effective antihypertensive drugs with neutral metabolic profile and safety, in particular a combination of valsartan, amlodipine and aliskiren. Clinical case of this combination use in patient with arterial hypertension and gout is presented.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Оптимизация фармакотерапии пациентов с сочетанием артериальной гипертонии и подагры остается весьма актуальной. Достижение целевых значений артериального давления возможно при применении комбинаций антигипертензивных препаратов, сочетающих в себе высокую эффективность, нейтральный метаболический профиль и высокую безопасность, в частности комбинацию валсартана, амлодипина и алискирена.
