Clinical case demonstrating the possibility of the left ventricle clot lysis due to combined anticoagulant therapy with warfarin and fraxiparine in patient with dilated cardiomyopathy, congestive heart failure and high risk of thromboembolic events is described.

 

Приводится клинический пример, демонстрирующий возможность растворения тромба в левом желудочке в результате комбинированной антикоагулянтной терапии фраксипарином и варфарином у больной дилатационной кардиомиопатией с хронической сердечной недостаточностью и высоким риском тромбоэмболических осложнений.
