ASA modes of action and its position among the modern antiplatelet agents are considered. The evidence based clinical data on ASA treatment and the problem of antiplatelet therapy resistance are discussed. ASA interaction with other drugs and ASA pleiotropic effects are reviewed</p><p> </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Освещается опыт клинического применения ацетилсалициловой кислоты (АСК) с момента ее синтеза в 1887 г. Рассматриваются особенности механизма действия и место АСК среди современных антитромбоцитарных средств. Приводится доказательная база клинического применения АСК, а также обсуждается проблема резистентности к антитромбоци-тарной терапии.
