ТОРМОЖЕНИЕ ПОЧЕЧНЫХ НАРУШЕНИЙ ПРИ СЕРДЕЧНО-СОСУДИСТЫХ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЯХ: РОЛЬ БЛОКАТОРОВ РЕЦЕПТОРОВ АНГИОТЕНЗИНА II

Аннотация
Представлены механизмы развития почечного поражения при сердечно-сосудистых заболеваниях, главным из которых является эндотелиальная дисфункция. Она связана с различными факторами: артериальной гипертонией, инсулинорезистентностью, сахарным диабетом 2-го типа, дислипопротеидемией, ожирением. Обсуждены подходы к предупреждению поражения почек и сердечно-сосудистых осложнений с фокусом на использование блокаторов рецепторов ангиотензина II.
