ПОРАЖЕНИЕ СЕРДЦА ПРИ ЛИМФОМАХ. ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ И ОПИСАНИЕ СЛУЧАЯ КЛИНИЧЕСКОГО ТЕЧЕНИЯ В-КРУПНОКЛЕТОЧНОЙ ЛИМФОМЫ

Аннотация
Представлены данные по эпидемиологии поражений сердца при онкогематологических заболеваниях, в частности, при лимфомах, их клиническим проявлениям, современным возможностям диагностики и лечения. В качестве иллюстрации представлен клинический случай успешной полихимиотерапии больного лимфомой с поражением сердца, одним из проявлений которого являлось нарушение ритма и проводимости.
