ЛИЗИНОПРИЛ В КАРДИОЛОГИЧЕСКОЙ ПРАКТИКЕ: ДАННЫЕ ДОКАЗАТЕЛЬНОЙ МЕДИЦИНЫ

Аннотация
Отражены результаты крупных клинических исследований по оценке роли ингибитора ангиотензинпревращающего фермента лизиноприла в лечении больных артериальной гипертонией, сердечной недостаточностью, инфарктом миокарда, осложнившимся нарушением функции левого желудочка, а также сахарным диабетом (GISSI-3, ATLAS, ALLHAT, EUCLID). Данные этих исследований дают основание для более широкого применения лизиноприла в клинической практике.
