САРТАНЫ И ИНГИБИТОРЫ АНГИОТЕНЗИНПРЕВРАЩАЮЩЕГО ФЕРМЕНТА: ПОЕДИНОК ДВУХ ЛИДЕРОВ ФАРМАКОТЕРАПИИ СЕРДЕЧНО-СОСУДИСТЫХ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЙ

Рассматривают актуальные вопросы фармакотерапии сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний, в основе которой лежит влияние на функцию ренин-ангиотензин-альдостероновой системы. Сопоставляют эффективность и безопасность двух основных классов кардиологических препаратов — сартанов и ингибиторов ангиотензин-превращающего фермента, приводят данные доказательной базы обоих классов препаратов.
