Аннотация
Обсуждаются антиатеросклеротические свойства дигидропиридинового антагониста кальция амлодипина у больных ишемической болезнью сердца. Анализируются результаты рандомизированных клинических исследований PREVENT (2000), CAPARES (2000), CAMELOT (2004) и ENCORE II (2009).
