НА ЧТО МОЖНО РАССЧИТЫВАТЬ ПРИ ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИИ ИНГИБИТОРА АПФ РАМИПРИЛА У ЛИЦ С ВЫСОКИМ СЕРДЕЧНО-СОСУДИСТЫМ РИСКОМ И РАННИМИ НАРУШЕНИЯМИ УГЛЕВОДНОГО ОБМЕНА: УРОКИ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ DREAM

Аннотация
Обсуждаются результаты исследования DREAM, а именно – влияние ингибитора АПФ рамиприла на риск развития сахарного диабета у лиц с преддиабетом и низким сердечно-сосудистым риском. Также сравниваются метаболические эффекты других групп антигипертензивных препаратов и их способность предотвращать развитие сахарного диабета. Применение рамиприла на протяжении трех лет способствовало значимому снижению уровня глюкозы до нормогликемии, однако не влияло на число новых случаев диабета. При сочетании преддиабета с артериальной гипертонией изменение образа жизни и систематическое применение ингибитора АПФ рамиприла способствуют нормализации гликемии.
