ФИБРИЛЛЯЦИЯ ПРЕДСЕРДИЙ И ИШЕМИЧЕСКАЯ БОЛЕЗНЬ СЕРДЦА: КАК СОЧЕТАТЬ АНТИАГРЕГАНТНУЮ И АНТИКОАГУЛЯНТНУЮ ТЕРАПИЮ В ЗАВИСИМОСТИ ОТ КЛИНИЧЕСКОЙ СИТУАЦИИ?

В статье рассматриваются современные европейские подходы к ведению пациентов с фибрилляцией предсердий (ФП), перенесших острый коронарный синдром и/или чрескожные интервенционные вмешательства на коронарных артериях. Обсуждаются особенности антитромботической терапии в ранний (стационарный) и в отсроченный период (до 1 года после ишемического события). Авторы также кратко представляют субанализ исследования ARISTOTLE, в котором сравниваются эффективность и безопасность апиксабана в сравнении с варфарином у пациентов с ФП, имеющих в анамнезе ишемическую болезнь сердца.
