Аннотация

В статье обсуждается фармакотерапия артериальной гипертензии у лиц пожилого возраста, приводятся российские и международные рекомендации по целевому уровню артериального давления и препаратам выбора у данной категории пациентов. Обсуждаются вопросы эффективности и безопасности фармакотерапии у лиц в возрасте 80 лет и старше.
