CОВРЕМЕННЫЕ ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ SPECKLE TRACKING ЭХОКАРДИОГРАФИИИ В КЛИНИЧЕСКОЙ ПРАКТИКЕ

Аннотация

Speckle tracking эхокардиография – перспективная современная методика для оценки структурно-функциональных изменений миокарда. Оцениваемый с ее помощью показатель глобальной продольной деформации миокарда более чувствителен к ранним изменениям сократимости левого желудочка, чем фракция выброса. Диагностические возможности speckle tracking эхокардиографии нашли отражение в клинических рекомендациях и согласительных документах Европейского общества кардиологов (ESC), Европейской ассоциации специалистов по методам визуализации сердечно-сосудистой системы (EACVI) и Американского общества эхокардиографии (ASE). Целью данной статьи является изложение основных принципов speckle tracking эхокардиографии и возможностей клинического применения этой новой технологии. Уделено внимание использованию speckle tracking эхокардиографии при сердечной недостаточности, коронарной патологии и инфаркте миокарда, гипертрофии левого желудочка при артериальной гипертензии, гипертрофической кардиомиопатии и амилоидозе сердца, клапанных пороках сердца, констриктивном перикардите и эффекте кардиотоксичности при лечении онкопатологии.
