СРАВНИТЕЛЬНЫЙ АНАЛИЗ УДОВЛЕТВОРЕННОСТИ РЕЗУЛЬТАТАМИ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ ПАЦИЕНТОВ КАРДИОЛОГИЧЕСКОГО ПРОФИЛЯ В КЛИНИЧЕСКОЙ БОЛЬНИЦЕ

Цель. Оценить удовлетворенность результатами лечения у пациентов кардиологического профиля и сравнить полученные данные с результатами программы Massachusetts Health Quality Partners (MHQP) Statewide Patient Survey, отличающейся высокой репрезентативностью данных (анализ 12680 анкет, полученных от больных из 51 медицинского учреждения штата Массачусетс).

Материалы и методы. Проводили анкетирование пациентов клиники внутренних болезней. Применяли вопросник Picker Institute ques￾tions, который использовался в программе MHQP.

Результаты. В опросе приняли участие 376 пациентов. Предпочтения кардиологических пациентов не отличались от предпочтений других терапевтических больных. По таким параметрам как уважение к пациенту, организация лечения, предоставление информации и физический комфорт удовлетворенность наших и американских пациентов вполне сопоставима. Оценка эмоциональной поддержки несколько ниже у отечественных пациентов. Привлечение к процессу лечения семьи недостаточно как в нашей клинике, так и в американских стационарах. Менее всего удовлетворял американских и наших пациентов процесс выписки.

Заключение. В оценках удовлетворенности результатами стационарного лечения среди больных из клиник разных стран много общего. Процесс выписки из стационара получил минимальную оценку. Форма заключительной беседы и обстановка, в которой она проводится, нуждаются в изучении и коррекции.
