ДЕПРЕССИЯ, ТРЕВОГА И ИНФАРКТ МИОКАРДА: ВСЕ ТОЛЬКО НАЧИНАЕТСЯ (ЧАСТЬ I)

Аннотация

Обзор посвящен вопросам коморбидности инфаркта миокарда и тревожно-депрессиных расстройств. В первой части представлены данные о распространенности депрессии при инфаркте миокарда, патофизиологических механизмах, связывающих депрессию и ишемическую болезнь сердца (ИБС). Обсуждается влияние сопутствующих депрессивных расстройств на клиническое течение и прогноз у больных инфарктом миокарда. Вторая часть (РФК 2007, 4) будет посвящена тревожным расстройствам при инфаркте миокарда, влиянию тревожно-депрессивных расстройств на качество жизни больных инфарктом миокарда. Также будут рассмотрены современные представления о терапии тревожных и депрессивных расстройств у пациентов с ИБС.
