НИКОТИНЗАМЕСТИТЕЛЬНАЯ ТЕРАПИЯ ТАБАЧНОЙ ЗАВИСИМОСТИ В ПРОФИЛАКТИКЕ КАРДИОРЕСПИРАТОРНЫХ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЙ

Аннотация

Потребление табака является серьезной медико-социальной проблемой в России и одним из основных факторов риска кардиореспираторных заболеваний. Прекращение курения — самая эффективная и экономичная мера предупреждения сердечно-сосудистых и респираторных заболеваний и риска смерти от этих болезней. Помощь курящим пациентам в отказе от потребления табака затрудняется из-за наличия у большинства из них никотиновой зависимости. Никотинзаместительная терапия (НЗТ) направлена на преодоление табачной зависимости, смягчения симптомов отмены, связанных с прекращением курения. НЗТ удваивает шансы курящих пациентов в успешном преодолении курения, и в силу доказанной безопасности среди существующих современных фармакологических средств является методом выбора для лечения табакокурения у пациентов с сердечно-сосудистыми и респираторными заболеваниями вне обострения. Сочетание быстро и медленно действующих форм лекарственных препаратов для НЗТ повышает эффективность метода, помогая купировать сиюминутную тягу к курению и зависимость в долгосрочной перспективе. НЗТ может успешно применяться для помощи пациентам стационаров, при реализации положений нового Федерального «антитабачного» закона в медицинских учреждениях.
