ФАРМАКОЭПИДЕМИОЛОГИЧЕСКИЙ АНАЛИЗ РЕПЕРФУЗИОННОЙ ТЕРАПИИ ИНФАРКТА МИОКАРДА С ПОДЪЕМОМ СЕГМЕНТА ST В СТАЦИОНАРАХ РАЗЛИЧНОГО ТИПА

Цель. Анализ тромболитической терапии инфаркта миокарда с подъемом сегмента SТ (ИМПST) на ЭКГ в кардиологических отделениях стационаров Саратова и Саратовской области.

Материал и методы. Проведено ретроспективное фармакоэпидемиологическое исследование, в ходе которого анализировали истории болезней пациентов с ИМПST, выписанных в 2006 г. из кардиологических отделений нескольких центральных районных больниц (ЦРБ) Саратовской области, кардиологического отделения одной из многопрофильных муниципальных больниц (МБ) г. Саратова и отделения неотложной кардиологии клинической больницы (КБ) г. Саратова.

Результаты. В КБ тромболитическая терапия была проведена всем пациентам, не имеющим противопоказаний и поступившим в необходимые сроки от момента развития болевого приступа. В МБ и ЦРБ в 2006 г. тромболитическая терапия проводилась единичным пациентам.

Заключение. Выявлена зависимость между особенностями терапии ИМПST и типом стационара.
