Аннотация
Обсуждается проблема выбора антитромботической терапии при фибрилляции предсердий. Помимо давно зарекомендовавших себя антитромботических препаратов отдельное внимание уделяется современным альтернативным препаратам для профилактики тромботических осложнений.
