Аннотация
Описываются основные исследования, доказавшие влияние ингибиторов ангиотензинпревращающего фермента (АПФ) на прогноз жизни больных после инфаркта миокарда (ИМ). Представлены разные тактики назначения ингибиторов АПФ при ИМ. Обсуждаются вопросы, связанные с выбором конкретного ингибитора АПФ.
